The Australasian Legal Information Institute (AustLII) provides free internet access to Australasian legal materials. AustLII's broad public policy agenda is to improve access to justice through better access to information. To that end, we have become one of the largest sources of legal materials on the net, with over four million searchable documents.
AustLII publishes public legal information -- that is, primary legal materials (legislation, treaties and decisions of courts and tribunals); and secondary legal materials created by public bodies for purposes of public access (law reform and royal commission reports for example) and a substantial collection of law journals.

This Act regulates the practice of land surveying, and in particular the surveyors register and registration, the regulatory action and the practice of surveying.
Recovery of Lands Act 1929.
This Act provides for the recovery of possession of lands on the determination of leases. After a lease has been determined, a magistrate sitting as the Magistrates Court, may, on the application of the Minister, or of any person acting in that behalf for the Minister, if in his opinion the lease has been lawfully determined, issue a warrant, authorising any police officer, within a period of not more than 30 days after the date of the warrant, to enter on the land by force and with the assistance that is necessary and give possession of it to the Territory.
Land Titles (Unit Titles) Act 1970.
This Act provides for the registration of unit titles and is to be considered as part of the Land Title Act. It provides for the registration of units plans and defines the duties of the Registrar-General after the registration of a units plan.
Land Titles Act 1925.
This Act, consisting of 180 sections divided into 20 Parts and completed by one Schedule, provides for the registration of titles to land. It defines the powers of the Registrar-General after the registration of a units plan and the procedures on applications and registrations. It also provides for the registration of transfers and leases.

Native Title Act 1994.
The main objects of this Act are, in accordance with the Commonwealth Native Title Act: to validate past acts invalidated because of the existence of native title; to confirm existing rights to natural resources and access to waterways and public places.
