This Act, consisting of 9 sections completed by one Schedule, prescribes the amount of land tax payable in respect of the apportioned assessed land value in respect of any principal residence land, primary production land and general land.

These Regulations implement provisions of the Land Titles Act 1980 by providing for the manner in which dealings and applications are to be lodged for registration with the Recorder of Titles.

Crown Lands Regulations 2011.
These Regulations provide for the management of public reserves under the Crown Lands Act 1976; and prescribe certain fees payable under that Act.The Regulations provide specifications on the use of vehicles, vessels and aircraft in public reserves; animals in public reserves; recreational activities; protection of public reserves; protection of fauna; authorities; and the preservation of good order on Government House land.

Land Titles Act 1980.
This Act, consisting of 173 sections divided into 13 Parts and completed by three Schedules, provides for the registration of title to land, easements and possessory titles. The Recorder of Titles, appointed by the Governor, is the statutory officer responsible for providing the community with certainty of title to land by the development and administration of legislation governing land dealings in Tasmania. The Act sets out procedures for bringing land under this Act.
Land Use Planning and Approvals Regulations 2004.
These Regulations implement provisions of the Land Use Planning and Approvals Act, 1993.The Regulations set out procedures for the advertisement of the exhibition of draft planning schemes and for the notification of their approval, and for the notice by a planning authority of permit applications.The Regulations further prescribe fees for initiating amendment of planning schemes and sets out procedures for notifying projects of regional significance.
