The programme consists of three components: 1) Operationalization of the Land Law (including orders of applications, jurisprudence, dissemination, communication); 2) Establishment of an institutional framework (including interdepartmental cooperation and the establishment of the National Agency for land); 3) Rural land plan (continued support for the issuance of certificates).
