A law that regulates land-use planning and rational exploitation of land. Land is property of the Government of the Republic of Guinea-Bissau, its exploitation is allowed only under concession or authorization granted by the Government.
This Act amends provisions of the Cook Islands Act, 1915 with respect to the alienation of native land. Subsection (2) of section 475 of the principal Act is hereby amended by omitting, the words "the High Commissioner" and substituting the words "an officer of the Land Court approved in writing for the purpose by the Secretary of Justice".
These Regulations make provision for the registration of common land and town or village greens under Part 1 of the Commons Act 2006. They apply to the registration areas (as defined in these Regulations) of the commons registration authorities in England specified in Schedule 1. Registers shall be kept by commons registration authorities.

These Regulations provide for: (a) the form in which applications made under subsection 61[2] of the Act are to be made, and (b) the servicing of documents in relation with legal proceedings. An application under subsection 61[2] is an application for the determination of native title made to the Registrar of the National Native Title Tribunal.
This Decree validates the Statute of the Federal Committee on Land Resources and Land Survey. It establishes that the functioning of this Committee is regulated by the Russian Constitution, Laws, Rulings of the Congress of People's Deputies, Orders of the Supreme Soviet, Presidential and Governmental Decrees and Orders and by this Statute.

This Act makes provision for the adjudication of rights with respect to village land in relation with the settlement and resettlement of peoples in villages for the purposes of a policy promoting the development of villages. The Act also declares rights held under customary law to be extinguished.
This Chapter provides for the management and other matters of Government land. It consists of 8 Articles divided into sections. Article 1 contains general provisions. The Department of Land Management shall have authority of all government real property for purposes of this Chapter.
