Article 7.1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Lease contract for agricultural land, destined for haymaking and grazing, pertaining to public or municipal property shall be concluded for the maximum period of three years”.

Foreshore and Seabed Endowment Revesting Act (No. 103 of 1991).

The principal aim of this Act is to revoke certain endowments of foreshore and seabed so as to revest them in the Crown. In particular, it applies to land formerly, and at the date of commencement of this Act, alienated from the Crown and vested in Harbour Boards or local authorities as well as land that has been reclaimed from the sea unlawfully (sect. 4). The "foreshore" is defined as such parts of the bed, shore, or banks of the sea or river as are covered and uncovered by the flow and ebb of the tide at mean spring tides.

Regional Law No. 1770-OD “On service land allotment”.

This Regional Law establishes categories of workers that shall be granted the right of land allotment for the length of service. The aforesaid land shall be isolated form land stock pertaining to forest management organizations, hunting management organizations, state nature reserves and national parks and shall be allotted to the staff of the aforesaid organizations for length of service as free of charge land tenure for a limited period of time. Land area of the allotted land parcels shall comply with minimum and maximum regional rates of land allotment.

Any agricultural land owned by any person in excess of the ceiling established by the Land Reform Commission shall (a) be deemed to vest in the Commission; and (b) be deemed to be held by the former owner under a statutory lease from the Commission in compliance with the terms and conditions set out by the Law.

The present Act lays down provisions relating to land survey in the province of New Brunswick. In particular, the Act sets out details of land surveying procedures. Section 2 establishes that the Service New Brunswick shall establish and maintain a system of plane rectangular coordinates for locating points on the earth’s surface. A surveyor with at least five years experience as such shall be designated as Director of Surveys by Service New Brunswick.

Samoa Trust Estates Corporation Reconstruction Act 1990.

This Act provides within the framework of privatisation, with respect to an exchange of land of the Government and the Corporation. The Act also provides that all of the estates and interests of the Corporation in all lands in Samoa held by it shall vest in such person as shall be determined by the Head of State acting on the advice of Cabinet by Order.

This Regulation establishes the procedure of preparation and co-ordination of the lists of the plots of land to which the Russian Federation, Regional and Municipal authorities claim the right of ownership originating from Federal Law "On delimitation of state property on land". The Ministry of Property Relationship in accordance with other Federal Executive Bodies are entitled to elaborate the list of the plots of land on the basis of the forms listed in the Annex 1.

Article 4 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Supreme regional executive body in the sphere of land relations shall set forth the modalities of determination of lease fees for land plots allotted on lease without tender, pertaining to regional public ownership, and lease fees for land plots allotted on lease without tender, with undelimited public ownership”.
