The Act consists of 76 sections divide into 12 parts: Preliminary (I); Administration (II); Planning (III); Control of development (IV); Continuation of existing uses (V); Special powers (VI); Development by Government (VII); certification of development (VIII); Enforcement (IX); Planning Appeals Tribunal (XI); Compensation (XI); Miscellaneous (XII).Objects of the Act are set out in section 3.
These Regulations amend the Transcription and Mortgage Act in the Fourth Schedule which specifies fees for purposes of section 62 of the Act.

The overall Goal of the present cross-sectoral Policy is sustainable development, management, utilization and conservation of forest resources and equitable sharing of accrued benefits for the present and future generations of the people of Kenya.
The National Long Term Vision 2030 (Vision 2030) is Zambia's first ever written long-term plan, expressing Zambians’ aspirations by the year 2030. The formulation process utilized both top-down and bottom-up approaches, where various stakeholders at both national and regional level were consulted.The Zambian people’s vision is to become “a prosperous middle income nation by 2030”.
No person may discharge any effluent liquid onto land or use any effluent liquid for the irrigation of any land, without appoval by the appropriate health authority (sect. 3). No person may use any effluent liquid from any sewage-treatment installation or oxidation ponds for the irrigation of any land where crops for consumption are present (sect. 6).
This strategy which will cover a five year period (2013-2018) is developed to implement the second phase of the Economic Development and Poverty Reduction Strategy with the aim of achieving the revised targets of vision 2020.
These Regulations issued under article 14(1) of the Expropriation of Landholdings for Public Purposes and Payment of Compensation Proclamation No. 455/2005 concerns not only payment of compensation to but also aims at assisting in other ways persons displaced by expropriation under the Proclamation to restore their livelihood. Compensation shall also be paid for crops and trees.
These Regulations provide for conditions, to which the right of occupancy as defined in the Land Act, 1991 is subject. The Commissioner of Lands may impose those conditions pursuant to regulation 3, but they shall not be inconsistent with the Act.
Cette ordonnance modifie divers articles de la loi portant régime du domaine privé national. Comme mesure générale, la compétence conférée auparavant au Sécretaire d'Etat délégué, est transférée au Préfet.
Cette ordonnance porte dispositions relatives aux différents registres fonciers: livre d'enregistrement, registre de certificats, registre des suites, registre à souches, copies de certificats et copies des suites.
