Geographical indication (GI) schemes can play a special role in promoting sustainable rural development, improving farm income and opening new export potential. Natural factors such as soil, climate and plant varieties play a major role in producing a unique product. Usually, GIs comprise knowledge and skills passed on from generation to generation, helping to protect local heritage.

Proceedings of international scientific - methodical conference “Baltic Surveying’17” are periodical edition of scientific articles, issued as online (ISSN 2243-6944) edition. The periodicity of proceedings is one volume per year. Conference was held on the 10 - 12 of May, 2017 at the Latvia University of Agriculture, Jelgava, it was organized by the Department of Land Management and Geodesy.

Sunt examinate posibilităţile de colectare a datelor în cadrul UTA necesare pentru realizarea măsurilor de gestionare a districtului Bazinului Hidrografic Nistru. Lucrarea are ca scop cunoaşterea arealului geografice, a tipurilor, formelor de relief, expoziţiei şi lungimii versanţilor, modul de utilizare a terenului din spaţiul studiat.

This Government Decree establishes that Agency for Technical Supervision shall be an administrative body subordinated to the Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure responsible for implementation of state policy in the areas pertaining to its competence.
