Regulation on the performance of cadastral work at the ground level determines the content and order of cadastral work for primary registration/renovation of land boundaries, as well as other types of work. It is mandatory for persons performing cadastral work, and for persons who are competent to receive, approve, and register real estate objects.

This Order validates the standard form for payment of land tax and immovable property tax for immovable property not assessed by the territorial cadastral authorities for tax purposes that shall be used beginning from taxation period of 2017.
