The present Regulations are made under the Dry Docks Subsidies Act (R.S.C., 1985, c. D-4). The above-mentioned corporation is entrusted with the construction of a dry dock as set out in the afore-mentioned Act, with all necessary equipment, machinery and plant, for the reception and repairing of vessels.
