RegulamentosEslovênia, Europa, Europa meridionalThis Decree of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia, which is composed of nine articles, lays down some amendments to the Decree on concession for exploitation of forests owned by the Republic of Slovenia. In particular, the present Decree amends requirements for a person who wants to be the concessionaire for the exploitation of forests that are owned by the Republic of Slovenia and managed by National Farm Land and Forest Fund (art. 2 of the amended Decree).

In particular, the present Decree establishes provisions concerning the calculation of costs that may be granted to the concessionaire for the exploitation of forests that are owned by the Republic of Slovenia and managed by National Farm Land and Forest Fund, specified in the Annex to the present Decree.

RegulamentosEslovênia, Europa, Europa meridionalThis Decree of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia, which is composed of 22 articles and one Annex, establishes requirements for the use of nitrates from agricultural sources, biogass slurry and other organic fertilizers outside the farm where they were produced. The fertilization with liquid organic fertilizers on agricultural land is prohibited from 15 November to 15 February. The fertilization with manure on arable land is prohibited from 1 December to 15 February.

LegislaçãoEslovênia, Europa, Europa meridionalThis Act, which is composed of 124 articles, regulates the use of agricultural land, their protection, marketing and leasing, agricultural operations and common pastures. Provisions of this Act apply mutatis mutandis to forests, unless otherwise provided by law. For these provisions agricultural land means land that is suitable for agricultural production, other than building land and water and land for other purposes. The agricultural land includes all land abandoned, not designated as forest under the Forest Act.
