The following new sections are inserted in the Land Acquisition Act, 1994: Section 5A concerns a notice to be given by the Commissioner to the Registrar-General regarding land acquired under section 5(3) of the principal Act.
The following new sections are inserted in the State Lands Act: A subsection (2) is added to section 10 concerning the registration of lease of state lands under the Real Property Ordinance.
