This text amends Law No. 721/1977 on the approval for placing onto market and use of agricultural pharmaceuticals. It also provides for the amendment of certain provisions set forth in Law No. 2520 of 1977 regarding inheritance and transfer rights on agricultural land.

These amendments and contemporary changes to the Native Lands Ordinance and the Magistrates’ Ordinance, are part of institutional strengthening of the lands and survey work particularly for South Tarawa.
