Article 1 establishes that the sale of land up to a size of 0.25 hectare does not require any authorization according to the aforementioned Federal Act. The text consists of 2 articles.
The Act provides with respect to the granting of loans for the cultivation and management of land.
The Act provides with respect to the amount of compensation payable for damage to agricultural crops and fruit trees. Where the damage amounts to total destruction, the compensation shall be calculated at the rates set out in the Schedule.
