This Presidential Decree approves the Statute of the Institution for Urban Land Planning and Management of Luanda (IPGUL). This Statute, consisting of 6 Chapters and 2 Annexes, establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned public institute of the economic sector, legal person of public law, with legal personality and administrative, financial and property that integrates the indirect administration of the State.

This Resolution approves the attached Regulations on land taxes as specified in Schedules 1, 2, and 3: Temporary basic rate of the unified agricultural tax (1); Rates valid for one occasion and annual tax for usage of the lands of settlements and non- agricultural lands (2); Tax rates for use of householding plots allocated to citizens from urban and rural areas (3).

El presente Decreto Supremo aprueba el Reglamento de calificación de tierras por su capacidad de uso mayor, con la finalidad de promover y difundir el uso racional continuado del recurso suelo con el fin de conseguir de este recurso el óptimo beneficio social y económico dentro de la concepción y principios del desarrollo sostenible.

Revoca: Decreto Supremo Nº 062/75/AG - Reglamento de calificación de tierras. (1975)

These Regulations amend the Landfill Tax Regulations 1996: by revoking Part IX which relates to temporary disposals of material on a landfill site; and introduce a new requirement to give information and keep records in relation to information areas and authorize Revenue and Customs officers to require a person to designate a part of landfill site which will be an information area. Material on a landfill site which is not going to be disposed of as waste must be deposited in an information area where the Commissioners, or their officers, consider that the revenue is at risk.

Article 17 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Conclusions of Civic Chamber by the results of public hearing shall be made public in accordance with the federal legislation through official publication and distribution”.

The aim pursued by this Directive is the protection of the environment against the harmful effects caused by the discharge, treatment or deposit of waste oils. For the purposes of these provisions “waste oils” shall mean any liquid or semi-liquid used products totally or partially consisting of mineral or synthetic oil, including the oily residues from tanks, oil-water mixtures and emulsions. Member States must take all necessary measures to ensure the safe collection and disposal of waste oils.

A high level of environmental protection and human health protection requires the setting and maintaining of stringent operational conditions, technical requirements and emission limit values for plants incinerating or coincinerating waste within the Community. The aim of this Directive is to prevent or reduce negative effects on the environment, particularly emissions into air, soil, surface water, as well as the resulting risks to human health which might arise from incineration and coincineration of waste.

The main aim of the present Act is to ensure that the entire territory of the Federal Republic of Germany and the related regions shall be developed, organized and protected by general regional plans. In so doing 1) differing requirements shall be harmonized and related conflicts shall be solved at local planning level; 2) provisions shall be made regarding specific activities and individual land uses. The text consists of 23 articles divided into 4 subdivisions as follows: General provisions (I).

Cet arrêté du Gouvernement flamand fixant le règlement flamand relatif à l'assainissement du sol est formé par 45 articles répartis en 8 chapitres: Définitions (I); Etablissements et activités pouvant engendrer une pollution du sol (II); Agrément d'experts en assainissement du sol (III); Registre des terrains pollués et attestations du sol (IV); Normes d'assainissement du sol et valeurs de fond (V); Procédures d'appel visées dans le décret (VI); Sûretés financières (VII); Dispositions finales (VIII). Sont jointes 6 annexes à cet arrêté.

The Council and the representatives of the Member States adopted this Resolution in order to approve the general approach and strategy of the programme 'Towards sustainability' presented by the Commission. As a result, a European Community programme of policy and action in relation to the environment and sustainable development is hereby laid down. The programme deals with a number of issues in connection with the sustainable development topic.

This Decision approves the master plan on the socio-economic development of Da Nang city.The main objectives of the plan include: development of agriculture, forestry and fishery; protection, development and rational exploitation of forest resources; control of environmental pollution; development of water supply, drainage and irrigation systems; and land use and urban planning.
