This Act amends the Trusts (Special Provisions) Act 1989 by adding a new section (2A) concerning the legal effect of the reservation by the settlor to himself or grant to any other person in a trust instrument of any limited beneficial interest in the trust property or any or all of the powers specified in the new section. Those powers concern modification, transfer, etc.

This Act establishes an office to be called the Public Trust Office and provides for the appointment of the Public Trustee. The Public Trustee shall be responsible for the management of the Public Trust Office. The Public Trustee may be appointed executor, administrator or trustee by trust instrument.

This Act provides for matters of succession to and protection and administration of property of a deceased person. Succession to rights can be intestate or on the basis of a will.

This Land Law, consisting of 14 Chapters, divided into 223 articles, establishes the legal regime for land management, in particular for constitution, exercise, modification, transmission and extinction of the right of land use and exploitation within the State of the Special Administrative Region of Macau, (called RAEM).

The purpose of the present Act is to provide for the preservation, interpretation and development of certain aspects of heritage property in Saskatchewan.

This Act regulates various matters relating to deeds of heritage. Property which may be disposed of by will is defined in section 3.

This Act makes provision for the administration of estates of deceased persons and the distribution of intestate estates. The estates of deceased persons shall be administered by an administrator appointed by the Supreme Court.

This Act lays down rules regarding the acquisition of property rights of agricultural and forestry lands, the institution of usufruct right on such lands, the use of land, the control on restrictions relative to the acquisition of land, and rules regarding local land commissions. This Act applies to all land in the national territory.

This Act provides rules relative to sale and other transactions concerning land. It also concerns (statutory) mortgages, easements and selected matters regarding leases. The Act requires contracts for sale etc. to be in writing. All conveyances of land or of any interest therein are void for the purpose of conveying or creating a legal estate unless made by deed.

This Act provides for administration of land and other property of deceased persons.The Act sets out procedures for the lodgement of wills and other procedures upon the death of the owner of an estate and the appointment of an administrator by Court. The administrator shall administrate the estate in accordance with provisions of this Act.

This Act makes provision for matters of inheritance by will. It specifies the procedures and criteria for the making of a will and the effect of a valid will. It also valid concerns attestation of a will.

En virtud del presente Decreto se aprueba el reglamento que rige el procedimiento de consulta de las comunidades indígenas, de conformidad con el artículo 6º nº 1 y nº 2 del Convenio Nº 169 de la Organización Internacional del Trabajo. El reglamento se aplica a todos los ministerios, intendencias, gobiernos regionales y servicios públicos.
