Part (4) of the Article 4 shall be supplemented with the wording “for land on which privatized or subject to privatization objects that are not used in the technological processes the established period shall be five years.”

Article 21 shall acquire a new wording: “Article 21. Inadmissibility of the use of land plots before delimitation of the boundaries thereof in situ. Landowners shall not be authorized to use land plots allotted by the local self-government out of the stock of public land before delimitation of the boundaries thereof in situ by the State Agency on Land Relations and Cadastre”.

This La establishes that objects of concession can be land and other natural resources, exploration, prospecting, extraction and management thereof. All categories of land except for protected areas and forest fund can be allotted in concession. Concession shall be regulated by concession contract.

Article 62 shall be supplemented with the following items: (a) “Item 3. Members of agricultural cooperative shall voluntarily transfer in usufruct free of charge without the right of expropriation for the period of no less than one year; (b) “Item 5.

Item 4 shall be supplemented with a paragraph of the following wording: “This norm shall not be applicable to the calculation of rent for lease of agricultural land”.

This Law establishes legal grounds for the forest reclamation of degraded land and the procedure of identification of the aforesaid land. This Law shall be applicable to degraded land irrespectively of the form of ownership that can be subject to forest reclamation for the purpose of soil improvement and hydrological and environmental re-balancing.

This Law establishes legal, organizational and socio-economic grounds for the institution, functioning and re-organization of peasant farms. It shall not be applicable to subsidiary small-holding, collective gardening or horticulture.

The purpose of the state land use planning, state land cadastre and land monitoring shall be rational management of land and environmental protection.

This Law establishes the modalities of setting and keeping register of immovable property that ensures public acknowledgement of the right of ownership and other interests to immovable property, protection by the state of the aforesaid rights and support of taxation system and real estate market. Objects of registration shall be plots of land and servitude.

This Law regulates the issues of expropriation regarded as transfer of property and the right of ownership from private ownership to public ownership, or concession of ownership rights to municipal unit or to the state for the purpose of execution of public works after equitable compensation.

This Law regulates the lease relations, establishing the objects and subjects of lease relations, their rights and obligations. The following can be leased: land and other natural resources, enterprises, organizations, units of enterprises and organizations, buildings, installations, premises, agricultural and other machinery, transportation means, inventory, instruments, other material goods.
