Article 8 shall be amended to add the following wording: “In case of transfer of ownership to a land share to other person insertion of modification into land lease contract shall not be requested”.

This Act prohibits the unlawful trespass upon private land and in particular on cultivated and forest lands. the Act also grants certain powers to the owner of a land upon which an unlawful trespass has taken place and grants certain powers to enforcement officers.

This Act defines various offences of larcency including larcency of cattle, larcency of wills and documents of title to land, and larcency and damaging of trees and cultivations. The Act also determines punishment for such offences and provide with respect to prosecution.

This Regional Law grants the right of free allotment of land on condition of ownership to multi-child families with three or more natural or adopted dependent children in possession of RF citizenship. The aforesaid land allotment shall be authorized once-only. Land shall be allotted for agricultural purposes (subsistence farming, gardening, agriculture or for housing construction) with dimensions of land area in accordance with rates of allotment validated by local government.

The scope of this Regional Law shall be realization of plenary powers of state bodies in the sphere of regulation of land relations. It establishes maximum land area allotted to citizens in ownership out of stock of public and municipal land as follows: (a) for farming – 200,0 ha; (b) for gardening and horticulture – 0,25 ha; (c) for stockbreeding – 2,00 ha; and (d) for suburban housing construction – 0,25 ha.

This Act, consisting of 221 sections divided into 17 Parts and completed by four Schedules, makes provisions with respect to land tenure rights, conveyance of lands, easements, transfer of land, leases, mortgages, and various other matters relative to the registration of titles, use of land rights, transfer of land, etc.

This Act provides for the registration of unit titles and is to be considered as part of the Land Title Act. It provides for the registration of units plans and defines the duties of the Registrar-General after the registration of a units plan.

The present Law lays down provisions relating to the reorganization of field and forestry land. The Law contains at the outset a definition clause relating to various terms employed therein, such as for example, “field”, “forest”, “land owner”, “beneficiary”, “private path”, “right of entry”.

The present Law lays down provisions relating to the keeping of the land register of Brandenburg. Measuring of land as well as holding the land property register are both public tasks which according to the present Law are carried out by the Office of Land Mapping and Information of Brandenburg and by other local public entities. The Act amends certain regulations regarding animal husbandry and their space requirements, the removal of land border for the acquisition and lease thereof, change of residency requirement regulations.

This Act concerns rights of persons entitled in possession to land under a contract of tenancy whether express or implied. It provides protection of such rights. It does not apply to a tenancy of agricultural land.The Act provides for conversion of tenancies to which this Act applies subsisting immediately before the appointed day shall as from the appointed day in a statutory lease for the purposes of this Act. It also provides for an option to purchase the land under tenancy by the tenant.
