La presente Resolución modifica la que aprueba los formatos actuaciones de carácter administrativo, en relación a los servicios objeto de la contribución especial de tazas por servicios en la Jurisdicción Inmobiliaria.

La presente Resolución modifica el Reglamento General de Registros de Títulos, con el objeto de regular el funcionamiento de la Dirección Nacional de Registro de Títulos y los Registros de Títulos, así como el procedimiento y la forma en que se registran los derechos reales inmobiliarios de conformidad con la Ley de Registro Inmobiliario.

Article 1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “On of the grounds for decision-making on refusal to call for tenders for sale of land plots or for conclusion of land lease contracts shall be disputing in judicial procedure public ownership to plot of land or of the boundaries thereof”.

El presente Decreto reglamenta parcialmente el artículo 2° de la Ley Nº 1.150 de 2007, en lo relacionado con la enajenación de bienes sobre los cuales se ha proferido decisión judicial ejecutoriada de extinción de dominio o comiso o recibido en dación en pago, que forman parte del Fondo para la Rehabilitación, Inversión Social y lucha contra el Crimen Organizado (FRISCO), administrado por la Dirección Nacional de Estupefacientes.

El presente Decreto reglamenta la Ley que adopta medidas para la prevención del desplazamiento forzado y la atención, protección, consolidación y estabilización socioeconómica de los desplazados internos por la violencia, en lo relacionado con la permuta de predios de propiedad de la población en condición de desplazamiento.

Every landlord of an extent of paddy land in respect of which there is a tenant cultivator shall furnish in the prescribed manner the following information to the Commissioner: (a) name of the landlord; (b) name of the tenant cultivator; (c) extent of the paddy land cultivated by the tenant; (d) any other information as may be required. The maximum extent of paddy land that could by cultivated by a tenant is fixed at five acres.

These Regulations, consisting of ten sections, prescribe the steps that a regional council must take in undertaking an inquiry under section 19(2) of the Marine and Coastal Area (Takutai Moana) Act 2011 to ascertain the identity or where abouts of the owner of a structure.

This Notice, consisting of 5 sections, establishes that a transfer of a specified estate in land is exempt from the requirements of section 156B of the Act if: (a) the land is Maori land; or (b) the transfer is a transfer of property by the Crown under a Treaty settlement Act that expressly authorises the Crown to: transfer the fee simple estate in the property; and sign a transfer instrument or other document, or do anything else, as necessary to effect the transfer.

La presente Resolución aprueba el formulario para la declaración del impuesto a las tierras rurales, que se podrá liquidar y pagar hasta el 30 de junio de cada año.

The purpose of these Regulations is to regulate the contracted management of rural land and guarantee the legitimate rights and interests of the contracting parties.

These Regulations have been formulated for the purpose of stabilizing and perfecting the two-level operation system, which is based on the responsibility system of contracting by households supplemented by unified management, protecting the legal rights and interests of the parties of the contracting of rural land, so as to improve the development of agriculture and the rural economy and stabilize the rural areas.

These Measures, consisting of 31 Articles, are formulated in accordance with the Law on the Rural Land Contracting. A member of a rural collective economic organization is entitled to contract the rural land of such rural collective economic organization. The Contractor shall obtain the right to land contractual management after the contract enters into effect. The right to land contractual management obtained through household contract may, according to law, be circulated by subcontracting, leasing, exchanging, transferring or other means.
