The main purpose of this paper is to demonstrate how territorial identity, expressed through immaterial and material heritage, especially folklore and traditional crafts, can be a means of economic sustainable development in rural areas. As a case study, we choose the Land of Călata (Hu. Kalotaszeg), a region from North-Western Transylvania, Romania, focusing on two of its best-known villages: Izvoru Crișului (Hu. Körösfő) and Sâncraiu (Hu. Kalotaszentkirály).

Thus, Perth, the state capital of Western Australia, has encountered significant population and urban growth in response to the booming state economy.

Local farmers sold land in Minamiyama, operated real estate businesses, Land readjustment brought about by the City Planning Act helped the farmers.

Section 1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Land-use planning of urban territory shall be aimed at ensuring environmental security, sanitary, epidemiological and technical safety of urban areas, improvement of the state of natural environment, historical and cultural heritage, conservation of natural ecosystems, prevention of ecological and technological disasters and protection of public health”.
