La présente loi portant Code minier Cameroun qui comprend 242 article regroupés en douze (12) titres, vise à favoriser, à encourager et à promouvoir les investissements dans le secteur minier susceptibles de contribuer au développement économique et social du pays. A cet effet, il régit la reconnaissance, la recherche, l’exploitation, la détention, le transport, la transformation et la commercialisation des substances minérales.

The question of how developing countries like Peru can participate effectively in the REDD+ (reducing emissions from deforestation and forest degradation) policy initiative of the United Nations has been the focus of considerable debate recently. The aim of this study was to detect the main challenges associated with monitoring deforestation and forest degradation and also to analyze the policy challenges associated with implementing REDD in Peru.

These Regulations provide a consolidated system of environmental permitting in England and Wales. They transpose provisions of 15 Directives which impose obligations required to be delivered through permits or capable of being delivered through permits. They define the term “regulated facility” and require every regulated facility to be operated under the authority of an environmental permit.

En este trabajo se realiza una aproximación a la geodiversidad y el estado de conservación de la costa pampeana de Buenos Aires mediante el desarrollo de un estimador indirecto cualitativo, basado en variables geomorfológicas. Se analizaron imágenes de satélite y se efectuó reconocimiento en campo para la definición de paisajes según el patrón geomorfológico.

Mediante este Decreto se declara área natural protegida, con el carácter de reserva de la biosfera, la región conocida como Sierra de Tamaulipas, que se localiza en los municipios de Aldama, Casas, González, Llera y Soto La Marina, en el Estado de Tamaulipas. Las zonas núcleo y de amortiguamiento de la reserva de la biosfera Sierra de Tamaulipas, se subzonificarán en el programa de manejo, conforme a lo previsto en los artículos 47 bis y 47 bis 1 de la Ley General del Equilibrio Ecológico y la Protección al Ambiente.

This Government Regulation amends several articles of Government Regulation of the R.I. No. 71 of 2014 on Protection and Management of Ecosystem of Peat lands. Amendments deal with several aspects of the above mentioned Regulation, such as: requirements, definitions of Peat ecosystem which is a peat element structure which is an integral whole that affects each other in shaping the balance, stability, productivity, etc. Hydrological Unity Peat is a peat ecosystem located between two rivers, between rivers and seas and/or on swamps.

La presente Resolución aprueba la Normativa ambiental para otorgamiento de autorización ambiental para el uso sostenible de los suelos agropecuarios y forestales, que será aplicable a las personas naturales y jurídicas que realicen actividades de reactivación agrícola y/o cambio de rubro agropecuario en todo el territorio nacional, dentro y fuera de áreas protegidas.

Generalist microorganisms are the agents of many emerging infectious diseases (EIDs), but their natural life cycles are difficult to predict due to the multiplicity of potential hosts and environmental reservoirs. Among 250 known human EIDs, many have been traced to tropical rain forests and specifically freshwater aquatic systems, which act as an interface between microbe-rich sediments or substrates and terrestrial habitats.
