This Law sets a complete legal basis for the correct classification, use and implementation of all rights and obligations regarding the private and public property (movable property and real estate, natural assets, various types of land and other assets) and related rights and additional ownership conditions, definitions and responsibilities.Any natural or legal person may be an owner, and holder of other property rights: right to use; right to obtain financial gain; construction rights.This Law is divided into IV Chapters and 396 article, including various financial, administrative and technical provisions also defining the legal obligations of all parts.
