I p. 2081, 2102), the present Law regulates land use planning in the Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. The whole land of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern shall be subject to a sustainable planning policy.
This Act amends the Native Lands Ordinance so as to allow a private bank to take on security on private native lands for securing loans made to investors. Disposal of land shall be subject to section 5 of the Ordinance.

The present Act aims at amending and consolidating current legislation relevant to the acquisition of land. The Government may acquire any land at any place for any public purpose, if it so deems necessary, according to the procedures set out by this Act.

This Act makes provision in respect of the granting rights in traditional aboriginal land in the Northern Territory to aboriginals.
