In particular, the Law enforces the Federal Land Use Planning Act of 22 June 1979 and related Ordinances and lays down the framework for municipal building regulations.
The purpose of this Act is the establishment, maintenance and use of recreation areas, and to provide, coordinate, integrate and improve recreational planning, recreational facilities and recreational management for recreation areas.The Act consists of 12 Parts divided into 251 sections.
The Act concerns the valuation of land for rating, taxing and rental purposes. It consists of 302 sections divided into 10 Chapters.
The present Law lays down provisions relating to land expropriation in the Canton of Schwyz.
La présente loi met en exécution la Loi fédérale sur l'aménagement du territoire du 22 juin 1979.
Article 1 of the present Law establishes that the compulsory transfer of property is admitted only if necessary and in the public interest; in such a case a full compensation shall be paid.
The scope of this Regional law shall be to ensure the right of citizens with three and more children for acquisition free of charge in ownership of the plots of land pertaining to state or municipal property.
