The present Law introduces some amendments to the Tyrol Land Transaction Law 1996 (LGBl. No. 61). In particular, the Law amends, inter alia, article 9 on Obligation to declare; article 10 on Exceptions to the obligation to declare; article 20 on Auctions; article 23 on Notification requirements; article 25 on Issue of authorizations; article 37 on Authorization according to other state laws. The purpose of the present Law is to lay down rules aimed at the establishment of the infrastructure for spatial information in Styria with a view to environmental policies and activities which may have an impact on the environment. For the purpose of the present Law “Infrastructure for spatial information” means metadata, spatial data sets and spatial data services; network services and technologies; agreements on sharing, access and use.
