The FAO Legal Office provides in-house counsel in accordance with the Basic Texts of the Organization, gives legal advisory services to FAO members, assists in the formulation of treaties on food and agriculture, for which the Director-General acts as Depositary, publishes legal studies and maintains a database (FAOLEX) of national legislation and international agreements concerning food and agriculture (including fisheries, forestry and water).

La presente Ley modifica la que tiene por objeto la regulación de la actividad urbanística y el régimen de utilización del suelo en la Comunidad Autónoma de Andalucía, en relación a parcelaciones urbanísticas en terrenos que tengan el régimen del suelo no urbanizable, disponiendo que el restablecimiento del orden jurídico perturbado se llevará a cabo mediante la reagrupación de las parcelas a través de una reparcelación forzosa, en la forma y en las condiciones que se determinen reglamentariamente.
Law No. 156 amending some Laws.
Article 72 of Land Code shall be amended to add the following wording: “Agricultural land plots of dimensions within 5 ha shall be indivisible. Agricultural land plots of dimensions over 5 ha can be split in separate land plots for the dimensions exceeding 5 ha on condition that the dimension of new separated land plots shall not be less than 5 ha”. Article 15 of Law No. 4 on management of agricultural land shall be amended to add the following wording: “Owner of agricultural land share shall have the right to sell it without payment of state duty.
North Wales Wind Farms Connection Order 2016 (S.I. No. 818 of 2016).
This Order, made under the Planning Act 2008, provides for “development consent” for a large specific wind farm project. This project shall conform various environmental standards and plans. The undertaker of the project shall also have regard to various requirements regarding discharge of water and protection of water resources. The Order does not authorise any water discharge activities or groundwater activities for which a licence is required pursuant to regulation 12(1)(b) of the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010.

La presente Resolución crea el Sistema de Coordinación Interinstitucional para la Unificación de Información Predial de los Territorios Indígenas, con el objeto de dotar de seguridad jurídica la información con que cuenta el Estado en materia de propiedad colectiva de las comunidades indígenas respecto a los territorios que han ocupado ancestralmente.
Resolution No. 376 of 2016 of Georgian Government on Recognition of Ownership of Land in Possession (Use) of Individuals and Private Entities and Form for its Certificate
The Resolution creates the authority of the agency granting the recognition of ownership of agricultural/non-agricultural land to persons, entities and other formations which are in a legitimate possession (use) of the land or arbitrarily occupy the land. The document further specifies the procedure to gain such recognition and adopts certificate forms proving the same.
