The FAO Legal Office provides in-house counsel in accordance with the Basic Texts of the Organization, gives legal advisory services to FAO members, assists in the formulation of treaties on food and agriculture, for which the Director-General acts as Depositary, publishes legal studies and maintains a database (FAOLEX) of national legislation and international agreements concerning food and agriculture (including fisheries, forestry and water).

Le présent décret fixe le fonctionnement du Service Foncier Communal, la procédure et les modalités d'établissement des certificats fonciers. En effet, ne peut faire l’objet d'une certification que le seul droit réel de propriété. Les autres droits réels peuvent être inscrits au registre foncier communal et reportés au certificat constatant la propriété foncière.

Regional Law No. 12-KZRT amending Regional Law No. 886 VH-I “On land”.
Article 1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Servitude holders shall be considered persons authorized for limited use of someone else’s plots of land (servitude)”.

Regional Law No. 92-Z “On ensuring fertility of agricultural land”.
The scope of this Regional Law shall be to ensure fertility of agricultural land by owners, landlords, land tenants and leaseholders. The main arrangements for ensuring soil fertility shall be: (a) elaboration and realization of regional programs; (b) soil, agrochemical, phytosanitary, ecological and toxicological inspection; (c) investments in soil conservation and reproduction; and (d) improvement of soil quality and fertility.
