The FAO Legal Office provides in-house counsel in accordance with the Basic Texts of the Organization, gives legal advisory services to FAO members, assists in the formulation of treaties on food and agriculture, for which the Director-General acts as Depositary, publishes legal studies and maintains a database (FAOLEX) of national legislation and international agreements concerning food and agriculture (including fisheries, forestry and water).

This Order amends the Title Conditions (Scotland) Act 2003 (Conservation Bodies) Order 2003 by adding to the list of prescribed conservation bodies for whom a conservation burden under section 38(1) of the Title Conditions (Scotland) Act 2003 can be created.

These Regulations provide for certain classes or descriptions of licensable marine activity to be subject to a requirement for pre-application consultation to be undertaken in terms of sections 22 to 24 of the Marine (Scotland) Act 2010. The Scottish Ministers are responsible for marine licensing in inshore waters under the 2010 Act and in offshore waters under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009. Licensable marine activities include land reclamation works.

They specify the information that must be provided by an applicant and set out when certain bodies must be consulted on an application.

This Regulation, consisting of 9 Chapters, provides for the Technical Directive for the Procurement of Land within the territory of Indonesia. The Regulation establishes that the procurement of land shall be executed by Heads of Regional Offices of the National Land Affairs Agency as Executive Chairperson of Land Procurement. It is divided as follows: Execution of Land Procurement (Chap. I); Delivery of Result of Land Procurement for Public Interest Development (Chap. II); Compensation issued by Dictrict Court (Chap.
