The FAO Legal Office provides in-house counsel in accordance with the Basic Texts of the Organization, gives legal advisory services to FAO members, assists in the formulation of treaties on food and agriculture, for which the Director-General acts as Depositary, publishes legal studies and maintains a database (FAOLEX) of national legislation and international agreements concerning food and agriculture (including fisheries, forestry and water).

The present Ordinance implements the Mecklenburg-Vorpommern Soil Protection Law of 4 July 2011 and the Federal Soil Protection Act of 17 March 1998 (BGBl. I p. 502). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the collection of fees charged for official acts on behalf of responsible authorities and offices as listed in the Annex. Acuerdo Nº 310 - Reglamenta la Ley Nº 160 de 1994, en lo relacionado con el otorgamiento directo del subsidio integral de reforma agraria y su procedimiento para la postulación y asignación.
El presente Acuerdo define los casos excepcionales en los cuales procede el Otorgamiento Directo del Subsidio Integral de Reforma Agraria (SIDRA) y su Procedimiento para la Postulación y Asignación. Los predios adquiridos con ocasión de la adjudicación del SIDRA serán destinados a la constitución de Unidades Agrícolas Familiares (UAF), cuya extensión será fijada en función del proyecto productivo, y que podrán ejecutarse de forma individual o asociativa según lo establecido por el instituto de consumo con los respectivos adjudicatarios.

This Notice of the Minister of Water and Environmental Affairs, made under section 7 of the National Environmental Management: Waste Act, 2008, provides norms and standards which determine the requirements for the disposal of waste to landfill as contemplated in regulation 8(1) of the Waste Classification and Management Regulations 2013. The requirements concern, among other things: construction of landfill sites; waste acceptance criteria for landfill sites; and prohibited waste.

The requirements concern standard assessment methodology for the assessment of waste for landfill waste disposal sites.

Mountain Catchment Areas Act.
This Act makes provision for the conservation, use, management and control of land situated in mountain catchment areas. "Mountain catchment area" means any area declared by the Minister or competent authorities of provinces under section 2 to be a mountain catchment area.
