Decree establishing characteristics of valued soil ecological units and the procedure of their recording.

This Decree of the Ministry of the Agriculture, which is composed of five articles and four Annexes, establishes parameters that describe the value of land. Soil ecological unit is characterized by climatic region (specified in Annex 1), the main soil unit (Annex 2), slope and exposure (Annex 3) and soil depth (Annex 4).

These Regulations make provision in respect of appeals to the Scottish Ministers under sections 47, 75B, 75F, 130, 154, 169 and 180 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 (c.8) and appeals under sections 18 and 35 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) (Scotland) Act 1997. The Regulations, among other things, sets out how the Regulations apply to these various appeals and applications and prescribe procedural requirements. The appeal also concerns EIA development, i.e.

Town and Country Planning (Schemes of Delegation and Local Review Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2013 (S.S.I. 157 of 2013).

These Regulations make provision in connection with the preparation and content of schemes of delegation under section 43A(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 (c.8) and the procedure for reviews held by virtue of section 43A(8) of the Act. Section 43A(1) requires a planning authority to prepare a scheme of delegation by which applications for planning permission and for consent, agreement or approval required by a condition imposed on a grant of planning permission are to be determined by an appointed officer. The review also concerns EIA development, i.e.
