This Act, consisting of 32 sections divided into four Chapters, provides for the internal rules of the Planning and Environmental Court. Provisions concern starting of proceedings (Part 1), discontinuing and withdrawing proceedings (Part 1A), hearing proceedings (Part 2), evidence (Part 3) and applications in a proceeding (Part 4). Section 28 covers appeals to Court of Appeal and there are miscellaneous provisions on forms (sect. 29) and fees (sect. 30). The Act is completed by one Schedule on dictionary.

Gurulmundi Secure Landfill Agreement Act 1992.
The Act, consisting of 10 sections, approves and gives effect to an agreement the State, the Brisbane City Council and the Council of the Shire of Murilla relating to the establishment and operation of a landfill. It authorizes the Landfill Management Committee, constructed under the agreement, to pass by-laws (sect. 7) for the purpose of carrying out its functions. The Act is completed by one Schedule.

Foreign Ownership of Land Register Act 1988.
An Act on foreign ownership of land and on its registration, it consists of 45 sections and is divided into six Parts. Under section 11, the registrar has to maintain a register called Foreign Ownership of Land Register, the information contained in the register can be accessed by the public upon payment of prescribed fees (sect. 14). Part 3 is dedicated to notification of ownership and of related matters to the registrar. Part 4 is covers offences and penalties and Part 5 contains provisions on forfeiture and restraining orders.
Gurulmundi Secure Landfill By-Laws 1992.
These by-laws provide for the management of the landfill created by an agreement among the State, the Brisbane City Council and the Council of the Shire of Murilla. Under these by-laws, access to the site (sect. 5), dumping (sect. 6) and the lighting of fires (sect. 7) are subject to authorization.

Coastal Protection and Management (Coastal Management Districts) Regulation 2003.
This regulation implements the Coastal Protection and Management Act 1995. It establishes coastal management districts, with the names and borders set the annexed schedules. Moreover, it amends Coastal Protection Regulation 2003 on matters related to the coastal management districts.
