Per Kåre Sky is a Professor in land consolidation and land tenure at the Department of Property and Law, Norwegian University of Life Sciences (NMBU).
Sky has his PhD from Norwegian University of Life Sciences (with the name Agricultural University of Norway at that time) in 1995 and has been professor at NMBU since 2016.
He worked as a land consolidation judge/ an appeal judge in the Norwegian land consolidation courts in 1995-2013 and as professor in land consolidation at Western Norway University of Applied Sciences (2006 - 2008) and (2013 - 2016).
He has been visiting scholar at University of Wisconsin-Madison, Law School, Institute for legal studies (1998), University of East London, School of Surveying (2002) and University of Santiago de Compostela, Higher Polytechnic Engineering School (2011 and 2012).
