A Lei n.º 62/2012, de 10 de dezembro, criou a bolsa nacional de terras para utilização agrícola, florestal ou silvopastoril, nos termos da qual a Direção -Geral de Agricultura e Desenvolvimento Rural (DGADR) exerce as funções de entidade gestora da referida bolsa. A Resolução do Conselho de Ministros n.º 24/2014, de 20 de março criou o grupo de acompanhamento da bolsa de terras, integrado, nomeadamente, por representantes das direções regionais de agricultura e pescas e das GeOp.

One such company is Antofagasta plc, one of the larger mining companies listed on the London Stock Exchange. The majority of its operations are in Chile. The most significant shareholders in Antofagasta are members of the Luksic family, a wealthy Chilean family which is also involved in a number of other businesses.

This Environmental Annual report 2016-17 is prepared by The Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEFCC), Government of India.

This Report contains activities and achievements of planning, promotion, co-ordination and overseeing the implementation of India's environmental and forestry policies and programmes in yearly basis.

The areas that this report deals are as follows:

A series of approaches have been proposed for natural resource management and biodiversity conservation in recent decades. In the important forestry sector, two of the most dominant policy paradigms have been multi-purpose forestry and sustainable forest management. The Convention on Biological Diversity, amongst other transnational commitments, added the ecosystem approach and its related idea of ecosystem services to this succession which is increasingly becoming the basis for natural resource management, including in the United Kingdom (UK).

Este artigo trata das dinâmicas contemporâneas da comunicação interétnica entre povos indígenas e o universo de atores e discursos ambientalistas no Brasil. A etnografia do contexto local de comunidades que vivem na terra indígena Jacamim, situada em Roraima, na fronteira com a Guiana, apresenta diferentes posicionamentos indígenas quanto às discussões sobre o conceito de “meio ambiente”. O objetivo é refletir sobre a ideia de “dialogia” que parece marcar as políticas indígenas do conhecimento diante das práticas hegemônicas de comensuração.

These Regulations amend the Scottish Landfill Tax (Administration) Regulations 2015 to expand the definitions of “bankrupt” and “incapacitated” for the purposes of regulation 8 of the 2015 Regulations (bankruptcy or incapacity of registrable persons). In particular, it establishes the following reasons for requesting cancellation of CAR in SICAR: 1. Duplication of registration for the same property; 2. Unification of CPF and CNPJ areas of the same owners/users; 3. Registration carried out in disagreement with the concept of rural property; 4.

This Law, consisting of 34 articles divided into four Chapters, approves the Basic Legislation of Land Use Planning.

These Regulations consolidate with amendments the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2011 and subsequent amending instruments and implement amendments to Directive 2011/92/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on the assessment of the effects of certain public and private projects on the environment (“the Directive”) which were made by Directive 2014/52/EU.

These Regulations implement the requirements of the Directive 2011/92/EU as amended by 2014/52/EU for environmental impact assessment procedures in the context of the nationally significant infrastructure regime which extends to England and Wales and for limited purposes to Scotland. To the extent that these Regulations implement the Directive in relation to this regime, they extend to Wales and Scotland.
