This Decree, amends Decree No. 66/98 regulating Land Act No. 19/97. In particular, it sets new provisions for article 20 on registration procedures, and for article 39 on penalties and sanctions.

Rules relative to occupation of land in the Land Reserves other than Indian and Carib Reserves. All the lands set out in the first column of the Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be Reserves for the use and occupation of any person resident in Belize, for farming and residential purposes.
Rules relative to occupation of land in the Pomona Indian Reserve. So long as sufficient land is available any person who is cultivating land in the vicinity and who wishes to occupy a plot of land in the Reserve may do so and may build his house thereon, by the written permission of the Commissioner of Lands and Surveys. The Commissioner of Lands and Surveys shall have power to refuse to permit any person to occupy a plot of land in the Reserve, and may, subject to the provisions of rule 10 of these Rules, withdraw any permission which may be given.
Rules relative to occupation of land in the Ramonal-Zapote Reserve. So long as sufficient land is available, any person who wishes to occupy not more than twenty acres of land in the Ramonal-Zapote Reserve, for the purpose of growing annual crops, may do so and may build a house thereon, subject to the conditions specified in the Schedule hereto. The conditions of occupation vary according to the cultivation or use of land, e.g. sugar-cane, pasturage, permanent crops other than sugar-cane.
This Decree prescribes the implementation of the Land Law of 2003. It deals with the following matters: land price-determining methods, price brackets for assorted land categories; land use levy and land rent collection; compensation, support, resettlement when the State recovers land for use of defence or security purposes, for national interests, public interests, economic development; land inspection; sanctioning of administrative violations.

The present Regulation is enacted under the Conservation Agreement Act. In particular, the Regulation lists conservation agencies authorized to enter into conservation agreements.

This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities for the compensation of damages caused to landowners, tenants and lessees resulting from expropriation by temporary occupation of land that results in use restrictions or deterioration of soil quality. Calculation of damages caused to landowners by expropriation of land for state municipal needs shall include the redemption price, which amount shall be regulated by Civil Code.
These Regulations determine the conditions, order, responsibilities and obligations of the state, municipal bodies, physical persons, etc. in implementing the Law for protection of agricultural lands. The Regulations are divided into 9 Chapters, and transitional and concluding provisions. Chapter 1 sets out general provisions. Chapter 2 provides for rights and obligations of individuals and specialised state bodies for the protection of agricultural lands from damage. Chapter 3 provides for the restoration and improvement of the productive quality of agricultural lands.
This Order relates to the Protected Areas and Protected Places Act (Chapter 256) and repeals the Protected Areas (No. 13) Order 2002 and the Protected Areas (No. 10) Order 2003; furthermore it provides for the application of the status of protected areas to those listed in the Schedule.
This Regulation is composed of 19 articles. Articles 1 and 2 deal with terms and definitions. Selling or leasing lands in the Aqaba EEZ shall be subject to the zoning of lands and buildings approved by the Board of Commissioners (art. 4). The Board may sell or allocate any of the Authority’s Lands to Governmental Bodies and worship homes (art. 5). Whoever purchases a land from the Authority in order to carry out a project thereon, shall be obliged to complete it within the period fixed by the Authority and not later than 9 years (art. 8).
This Decree, composed of 3 articles, establishes the administrative borders of native people’s Kaiowá group, located in Panambizinho land, in the Municipality of Dourados, Amazones State. This administrative zoning has been promoted by the National Indio Fountation, FUNAI, in compliance with Act No. 6.001 establishing native people Statute.
