El presente Decreto Supremo aprueba los Criterios para la Gestión de Sitios Contaminados, con el objeto establecer los criterios para la gestión de sitios contaminados generados por actividades antrópicas, los cuales comprenden aspectos de evaluación y remediación, a ser regulados por las autoridades sectoriales competentes, con la finalidad de proteger la salud de las personas y el ambiente.

La presente Resolución aprueba los Términos de Referencia (TdR) para elaborar estudios ambientales de los proyectos del Sector Saneamiento que cuenten con clasificación anticipada.

La presente Orden modifica el anexo I, sobre Actividades potencialmente contaminantes del suelo, del Real Decreto que tiene por objeto establecer una relación de actividades susceptibles de causar contaminación en el suelo.

These Regulation amend for Wales, Part 2 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 so as to insert a new section (33ZA) on fixed penalty notices for contravention of section 33(1)(a) of the Act. The new section enable an authorised officer of a Welsh waste collection authority to issue a fixed penalty notice for contravention of that section in the area of the authority. Section 33(1)(a), subject to certain exemptions, prohibits the deposit of controlled waste or extractive waste in or on any land other than in accordance with an environmental permit.

El presente Decreto Supremo modifica el Reglamento de Protección Ambiental para proyectos vinculados a las actividades de Vivienda, Urbanismo, Construcción y Saneamiento, en relación a la clasificación anticipada de proyectos con características comunes o similares sujetos al Sistema Nacional de Evaluación del Impacto Ambienta (SEIA) del sector saneamiento, incorporando al Reglamento el Anexo II sobre “Clasificación anticipada de proyectos que presentan características comunes o similares de competencia del sector saneamiento”.

This Order, made under section 5 of the Town and Country Planning Act, provides for a wide variety of matters regarding the administration and development of the areas of the Parishes of Kingston and Saint Andrew and the Pedro Cays as described in the First Schedule.

These Regulations amend the Scottish Landfill Tax (Administration) Regulations 2015 to expand the definitions of “bankrupt” and “incapacitated” for the purposes of regulation 8 of the 2015 Regulations (bankruptcy or incapacity of registrable persons). Other amendments made to the 2015 Regulations are of a minor, technical nature.
