SUMILLA:  Derechos Constitucionales y su protección jurídica RESUMEN:  La constitución de la República de Honduras se encarga de velar por las garantias colectivas e individuales de los habitantes de Honduras. Contempla la justificación del poder propio constituyente, soberanía nacional, poderes constituidos y tabla de derechos fundamentales. El preámbulo expone lo previo a una normativa de la Constitución, ley o reglamento.

In a country with the highest population density of all Africa, and 95% of this population dependent on land, the question of land tenure is inevitably a vital issue. In Rwanda it is becoming even more crucial as marginal lands are cultivated, and competition for land, and thus a livelihood, increases. The currently prevailing land tenure systems in Rwanda vary from one area of the country to another, reflecting both differences in traditional customary laws, and the adoption, at varying degrees in different regions, of written law in place of customary law.

Le gouvernement d’un pays africain peut adopter une politique de promotion de la transformation en aval de façon à augmenter sa part dans la capacité mondiale de transformation en vue d'accroitre les recettes d’exportation. Pour atteindre ces objectifs il peut décider de créer de nouvelles capacités de production ou de développer la capacité de transformation en aval des matières premières produites dans le pays.
