In a course of the research there were studied ecological and economic regularities of land resources management. The research was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. As a result of realized research there was revealed that the system of methods of land resources management includes economic, administrative-legal, political, technical-technological, organizational-administrative, and social-psychological aspects.

In urban areas, infrastructure projects to improve the living environment, such as construction of roads and parks, have been carried out by modifying and abolishing agricultural land. The majority of these projects are land readjustment projects, under which agricultural land is appropriated and replaced with reduced substitute land. The author took up the case of a land readjustment project and the cultivation of pears in Enokido, Yanokuchi, Inagi in order to investigate the effect of such projects, which aim to secure land for public use, on urban agriculture.

The Ingonyama Trust Board (the Trust) presented its Annual Report for the 2014/2015 financial year. The Trust had committed R6 000 000 for the purchase of tractors to support production on communal land and noted that substantial sums of money were paid out for the benefit of 120 Learners. Employment, HR and vacancy figures were given. The Trust highlighted some performance statistics. In this year, the Board had approved 1 100 tenure rights, falling short of the target of 1 200.

Las reformas agrarias de las que ha sido partícipe el Ecuador, no han logrado cambiar las estructuras de desigualdad en la distribución de la tierra de manera significativa, mientras que en la actualidad nos situamos en un panorama de incertidumbre frente a la acción estatal y de los colectivos involucrados.
