The present Ordinance implements the Federal Agricultural Soil Act of 4 October 1991. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the valuation of plots of land. Article 1 defines the term “parcel of land” for the purpose of the present Ordinance. The text consists of 15 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Organization and competences (II); Number of estimates (III); Proceedings (IV); Final provisions (V).

Issue 4 shall acquire a new wording: “Local branches of the authorized land institution shall inform within two days from the date of decision-making regarding amnesty of immovable property of the necessity to submit documentation for the issuance of ownership certificate for the legalized plot of land.”

Ministerial Decree No. 862 validating the Regulation on the state registration of protected areas.

This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of keeping the state register of protected areas. The state register shall contain the following data: (a) governmental decision on setting up protected area; (b) descriptor of protected area; (c) naturalistic and scientific substantiation of setting up and expansion of protected area; (d) positive conclusion of the state environmental audit; (e) land, water, forest resources and wildlife species; and (f) protected species and protected sites.

These Regulations prescribe, in relation to England, procedure for applications to the Secretary of State under section 16 of the Commons Act 2006 for the deregistration, or the deregistration and exchange, of areas of registered common land. The Regulations also make provision in respect of representations in relation to applications.

El presente Decreto tiene por objeto la reglamentación de los artículos 6º y 13 de la Ley Nº 2.235 de 31 de julio de 2001, los cuales disponen que los Gobiernos Municipales, en acuerdo con las organizaciones campesinas e indígenas, coordinen la priorización e identificación de áreas para el saneamiento y titulación de la propiedad agraria. El Decreto consta de dos capítulos. El capítulo I se refiere a la priorización del saneamiento y catastro de la propiedad. El capítulo II reglamenta la ejecución del proceso de saneamiento y catastro de la propiedad agraria.

These Rules implement provisions of the Registered Land Act by, among other things: prescribing forms for purposes of the Act; providing with respect to verification of instruments for purposes of section 105 of the Act by persons specified in the Fifth Schedule other than the Registrar; providing with respect to fees required to be paid under the Act; listing certain clauses that shall be considered to be included by agreement in a charge regarding land or lease; and requiring a charge created by a company registered under the Companies Act to be registered under that Act as a prerequisite

This Decree provides for: a) the acquisition of real estate assets for State use; b) the lease of real estate assets for use by specified state agencies; c) possession and transfer of possession of State real estate assets; d) management and use of State real estate assets; e) registration of State real estate assets; and f) lease of State real estate assets to other State agencies and institutions and third parties.
