Regulations to make provision for the "regularisation" of land and the drafting and adoption of schemes for this purposes.The 35 regulations are divided into 5 Parts: Preliminary (I); Regularisation Area (II); Scheme of Regularisation (III); Adjudication (IV); Local Land Register (V).The Minister responsible for lands may, under regulation 3, subject to section 58 of the Land Act, or at the request of the people in a given area declare urban areas or "peri-urban areas" to be a regularisation area. Criteria for decision making in this respect are set out in regulation 4.

Regulations to make provision for the administration and management of village land as defined by the Village Land Act, 1999 and the assignment of rights relative to such lands.The 83 regulations are divided into 7 Parts: Preliminary (I); Management and Administration (II); Compensation (III); Joint Management of Village Land (IV); Register of Village Land (V); Adjudication (VI); Miscellaneous (VII).Part II provides for procedures at hearings by village institutions. Part III concerns compensation in respect of village land.

This Regulation determines the modalities of licensing of geodetic and cartographic activity carried out by juridical persons or by private employers. Geodetic and cartographic activity that comprises carrying out work in accordance with the Annex to the present Regulation is subject to licensing.

In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to automatic data processing and data transmission within land registration. The present Ordinance implements the Sachsen-Anhalt Land Survey Cadastre Law of 22 May 1992. Article 2 of the above-mentioned Ordinance establishes that the mandatory content of the cadastre (property data) consists of, inter alia, the geometrical data, descriptive data, ownership information and Land Registry data. The text, consisting of 12 articles, deals, inter alia, with the following aspects: content of land survey register, designation of boundaries, marking, protocol of land boundaries, expropriation proceedings.

These Measures are made to improve the investigation and handling of disputes over land title, protect the legitimate rights and interests of the parties concerned and to safeguard the public ownership of land.The land and resources administrative department at or above the county level shall be responsible for investigating and mediating the cases on disputes over land title.

This Ministerial Decree stipulates that the state land cadastre is the system of information on the natural, economic and legal status of land, its classification by categories, the value, location and size of the plots and their distribution by landlords, land tenants and leaseholders. The main objectives of the state land cadastre shall be classifying, storing, updating and providing access to the information therein. The state land cadastre shall register: (a) property rights; (b) amount and quality of land; and (c) land valuation.

This Ministerial Decree regulates the cadastral division of the territory of Uzbekistan and attribution of cadastral numbers to plots of land in the registration process. The purpose of cadastral division is to create identifiable parcels of land. The basic unit of cadastral division and land registration shall be a plot of land. Cadastral number shall be attributed to plots of land for identification purpose. Re-shaped or re-distributed plots of land shall be assigned new cadastral numbers in accordance with established modalities.
