These Regulations, made in terms of section 9(9) of the Deeds Registries Act, amend the Regulations in terms of the Deeds Registries Act by substituting for the Schedule specifying fees for services a new Schedule attached to these Regulations.

The present Ordinance implements the Introductory Law relating to the Spatial Information Act of 2 May 2010 and the Cantonal Spatial Information Ordinance of 14 August 2012. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the levying of fees for access and use of geo-data of the Canton as well as the use of geo-services. The text consists of of 11 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Fees for access and use of geo-data and geo-services (2); Fees for administration and tracking of official land survey (3); Final provisions (4).

The present Ordinance implements the Spatial Information Law of 26 March 2012. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to fees for obtaining and using geo-data, as well as fees related to geo-services. The text consists of 17 articles divided into 3 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Fees (2); Transitional provisions (3). One Annex is enclosed.

This Regulation sets forth the rules and procedures for the cadastre of 2/B areas which are lands declassified from forest areas according to Clause (B) of the first paragraph of Article. 2 of the Forest Law No. 6831. The Regulation also sets forth the rules and procedures for the cadastre of the new areas classified as forests .

These Regulations prescribe forms of application for obtaining land surveyors' licences and regulate the practice and conduct of licensed land surveyors.The Regulations further regulate the disciplinary proceedings of the Land Surveyors Board and prescribe fees for registration, annual licences, examinations and other purposes under the Licensed Land Surveyors Act.

These Rules concern a request under section 146 of the Registered Land Ordinance by an aggrieved party to the Registrar to state a case for the opinion of the Supreme Court and an appeal under section 147 of the Ordinance against a decision of the Registrar. The Rules prescribe forms of request or appeal and lay down some procedural requirements.

These Rules concern forms and some other matters prescribed under the Registered Land Ordinance. The forms of the Register and Land Certificate shall be such forms as the Registrar (with the consent of the Governor) may from time to time approve. The forms required to be used under the Ordinance shall be as prescribed in the First Schedule to these Rules.

This Circular amends and supplements a number of provisions of various Decrees and Circulars concerning: procedures for the grant of land use right or house and land-attached asset ownership certificates; re-grant of certificates due to loss; registration of transfer, inheritance, donation, lease, sublease, mortgage, or contribution of land use rights or land-attached assets as capital; grant of certificates in case of separation or consolidation of land lots; land use extension; change of land use purposes; and re-allocation and rent of land in hi-tech parks and economic zones.

This Ministerial Decree establishes that state land survey institution Kyrgyzgiprozem shall be authorized state institution in the sphere of land survey operations, mapping, cadastre on the whole national territory and shall regulate its relations with natural and legal persons by contracts.
