The Land Code makes provision for the regulation of "land relations" and its purpose is to secure rational use and protection of land, the protection of the environment, and "the equal development of all forms of economic activity in Tajikistan" (Preamble). Other laws regulating land relations may be enacted on the basis of this Code.Land is declared to be in exclusive ownership if the State in article 2.

The scope of this Regional Law shall be to ensure fertility of agricultural land by owners, landlords, land tenants and leaseholders. The main arrangements for ensuring soil fertility of agricultural land shall be: (a) promotion of investments directed at improvement of soil fertility of agricultural land; (b) state rate setting in the sphere of ensuring soil fertility of agricultural land; (c) scientific research and practical application the outcome thereof; and (d) monitoring of soil quality and fertility.

La presente Ley tiene por objeto establecer una regulación clara de las valoraciones urbanísticas, evidenciando la universalidad de las reglas de valoración según los conceptos de la Ley sobre Régimen del Suelo y Ordenación Urbana, valor inicial y urbanístico, aplicables a todo tipo de situaciones, con independencia tanto del carácter rústico o urbano de los terrenos, como de la existencia o no de figuras de Planeamiento.

This Decree-Law is composed of 12 articles and two annexes. It rules on the land management plans of river estuaries (POE). In particular, it defines the scope of application of POEs, mainly aimed at protecting the water and ecosystems through an integrated management. POEs shall be defined their respective Hydrographic Regional Administrations. The Annex lists the estuaries that shall adopt POEs.

This Act provides for the protection of areas defined by this Act.

This Act amends the Public Lands and Resources Act by; giving definitions of “Adjoining lands”, “Land-fill”, "Lands reclaimed from marine areas below the ordinary high water mark" or "reclaimed lands", "Marine areas below the ordinary high water mark" and "Ordinary high water mark"; and inserts a new section (105) for purposes of confirming ownership of newly constituted lands by the owners of adjoining lands.

These Regulations amend the Common Agricultural Policy Single Payment Scheme (Set-aside) Regulations 2004 in Schedule 1 in relation to the good agricultural and environmental conditions that apply to land set aside under the Scheme. The conditions here involved concern green cover of land, grazing, control of weeds and use of pesticides.

This Decree validates some regulations related to land tenure and land management.

In addition to minor and drafting amendments, these Regulations amend the principal Regulations by enabling rights to be enjoyed in virtue of Council Regulation (EC) 1460/95 which gives to option of land being counted as being set aside for the purposes of the set-aside requirements of article 7(1) of Council Regulation (EC) 1765/92. These Regulations amend the 1994 Regulations so as to add a further option, the "set-aside option" to the "premium arable scheme" established by those Regulations. (8 Regulations)
