This Act provides for the significant reorganisation of local government structures and the strengthening of governance and accountability in local government. It, among other things: reformulates a new integrated county/sub-county relationship, with the establishment of a comprehensive and modern system of municipal governance; replaces the existing regional structures with new consolidated regional assemblies; provides for further devolution of functions from central level to local government.

This Resolution is composed of nine Chapters divided in 42 articles and three Annexes. It approves the Alvão Natural Park Management Plan (POPNAL). The Regulation lays down the management and protection objectives of the Park and classifies the land according to its possible use. Moreover, it defines zoning criteria and identifies the forbidden activities and those that need prior authorization. The Annexes provide the list of the areas falling under special protection regimes and set the criteria to be used for building infrastructure inside the protected area.

This Presidential Decree regulates certain aspects of expropriation and allocation of land to legal persons and individual entrepreneurs in Minsk and regional cities for construction in cases where there are no land use planning projects and where tender for leasehold concessions is not required by law. Applicants must: (a) specify the purpose of the lease and the location and approximate size of the plot of land; (b) demonstrate the property right to the land plot; and (c) provide banking instructions. The city council shall examine each application within ten days of its submittal.

The present Act regulates the: a) construction, alteration, demolition, maintenance and use of buildings and facilities with the aim to promote the design and development quality in the communities; b) orderly and soil-saving development of the country. The lands described in the Schedules are designated as conservation reserves with the purpose of protecting natural heritage areas and natural features on public land and preserving traditional public land uses including wildlife viewing, hunting, fishing, walking, snowshoeing, cross country skiing and boating. Furthermore, Land within a conservation reserve shall not be used for mining, commercial forest harvest, hydro-electric power development, the extraction of aggregate and peat or other industrial uses. An Act to make provision for ownership of land and related matters such as land registration, and the management and use of various types of land, including forestry and agricultural land.The text consists of 86 articles divided into 8 Chapters: General provisions (I); Land management and land registration (II); Rights and obligations of the land user (III); Control of land use (IV); Settlement of land problems, policy towards the persons having good performance and measures against violators (V); Final provisions (VI).Land is in ownership of the "national community" (art. 3).

The Act is divided into six Parts as follows: Preamble (1); Ownership (2), divided into the following chapters: General rules (I), State ownership (II), Cooperative ownership (III), Private ownership (IV), Special rules concerning acquisition of land; Use of Land (3), divided into the following chapters: Joint use with a farmers' agricultural cooperative (VII), Indemnification in case of certain rights of use of public interest. Part 4 deals with the exchange of land (X), Land/estate reallocation (XI).

This Law, consisting of 4 Chapters, establishes the legal regime for the land regulation regarding the rural public lands and occupied territories within the area of the Legal Amazonas. It concerns the different uses of land within the above mentioned area, such as: concession, possession, free land use, etc. This Law is divided as follows: General Provisions (Chap.
