The Decree provides the regulation for redistribution of abandoned, denuded, mountainous lands or uncultivated lands to households and families in order to increase their agricultural productions. Households and families shall be assigned with those lands the right to use them and cultivate them.

Authorised representatives of the state bodies of state power of the Russian Federation and the bodies of state power of the Republic of Tatarstan have agreed on the following: 1) Demarcation of the objects of management and mutual delegation of powers between the state bodies of the Russian Federation and the state bodies of the Republic of Tatarstan shall be governed by the Constitution of the Russian Federation, the Constitution of the Republic of Tatarstan and the present Treaty.

This Act makes provision for the extinction of certain areas from pastoral leases and granting them as living areas for the benefits of Aboriginal who used to be resident in those areas or to other Aboriginals. For the purpose of solving disputes related to the implementation of the Act, the Community Living Areas Tribunal is established and regulated under the Act (Part 4).

This Law lays down several amendments to articles 9, 10, 19, 21, 38, 45 and 53 of Law No. 8405 of 1998 on urban planning. The amendments deal with tasks and duties of the Territory Regulation Council (TRC) of the Tirana Municipality.
This Law lays down several amendments to Law No. 8405 of 1998 on urban planning. In particular, it amends articles 17, 22 (14), 22 (1), 28, 54, 59, 75, 78, 79, 80, 81, 82, 83 and 84. The amendments deal with (i) tasks and responsibilities of urban planning units within the district councils and municipalities, (ii) inspections carried out by these units during construction works, (iii) demolition of objects considered to be unsafe for human life and public health, (iv) removal of unlawful constructions and arbitrary land occupation, as well as (v) penalties.

The Decree, composed of 4 articles, declares of social interest, for the purposes of the expropriation for the Union, some properties and related rights and benefits. This expropriation is considered necessary for the implementation of the first stage of the Project for the Integration of the River São Francisco with the Northeast River Basins in the States of Pernambuco, Ceará and Paraíba. The Ministry for National Integration is entitled by this Decree to promote and enforce the afore said expropriation.

This Order establishes additional provisions related to the Farms Act. A farm/land property can be registered as such and notification thereof shall be submitted to the Survey and Cadastre Authorities to ensure proper residency status. When establishing a new farm, or purchasing additional land, a 10-year residence proof is required by the purchaser within 6 months from the date the Survey and Cadastre Authorities have registered the cadastral changes. Provisions also include companies in other EU countries or countries that have signed the Agreement on the European Economic Area (EEA).
Le présent décret autorise et rend exécutoire le schéma directeur d’urbanisme des communes rurales de Dialakorodji, Safo et Sangarebougou pour une durée de vingt (20) ans de 2010 à 2028.La mise en œuvre de ce Schéma Directeur se fera à travers des études de Plans d’Urbanisme Sectoriels (P.U.S.) et de plans détaillés. Toutefois, ces plans ne peuvent modifier les grandes orientations du Schéma Directeur d’Urbanisme.
