This By-law, consisting of 45 sections completed by one Schedule, provides for the implementation of the Crown Lands Act 1989 by providing specifications on Trust Boards (Part 2, div. 1) and other administrative matters, on the access to and use of reserves (Part 3) and on various matters related to the management of reserves (Part 4). The attached schedule provides a lists of the reserves to which this By-Laws applies.

Decision No. 282/2006/QD-TTg approving the master plan on socio-economic development of Cao Bang province in the 2006-2020 period.

This Decree consists of 4 Chapters divided into 18 articles: General provisions (I); Contractual assignment of land for agricultural production (II); Contractual assignment of production forest land (III); Implementation provisions (IV). The objectives of contractual land assignment are to use land and forest resources in order to raise production and business efficiency of State-run agricultural or forestry farms, to create more jobs and increase incomes, etc.

These Regulations prescribe the information to be contained in that register and the manner in which that register is to be kept by the surveying authority (regs. 2 and 3). These Regulations do not apply to an application under section 53(5) of the Act which has been determined by the surveying authority before the relevant date (reg. 4). Section 53(5) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 enables any person to apply to a surveying authority for an order to modify the definitive map and statement concerning public rights of way.

No person shall, from the 1st day of January, 1997, undertake any of the categories of enterprise, construction or development specified in Column A of the Schedule, within the area specified in Column B thereof, except under and in accordance with a permit issued by the Natural Resources Conservation Authority. This Order defines property that is exempted from rating in accordance with the Rating Act, 1997. This category includes agricultural land and buildings on such land, used primarily for the purposes of agriculture excluding residential and recreational buildings and lands and buildings situated in Trust Land or in the Reserves.
