This Act, which is composed of 18 articles, establishes the Land Fund of the Czech Republic. The Land Fund is a legal person recorded in the Trade Register. The Fund is in charge of the management of real estate belonging to the State. If the owner of a real estate is unknown, the Land Fund may allow any suitable interested person to use such real property.

This Act makes provision for the adjudication of rights with respect to village land in relation with the settlement and resettlement of peoples in villages for the purposes of a policy promoting the development of villages. The Act also declares rights held under customary law to be extinguished. The Minister may establish a tribunal in areas where the Customary Leaseholds (Enfranchisement) Act, 1968 does not apply. Such a tribunal shall have the power to determine disputes regarding village land.

This Act consists of 32 articles divided into the following Chapters: General Provisions (I); Principles and Aims (II); Rights and Obligations (III); Planning, Utilisation and Control (IV); Spatial Layout Plan (V); Authority and Development (VI); Transitional Provision (VII); Closing Provisions (VIII).Spatial layout is "the structural manifestation and the utilisation pattern of the space, both planned and unplanned" (art. 1, point 2.).

La presente Ley aprueba el Plan Territorial General de Cataluña de conformidad con la Ley Nº 23/1983, de 21 de noviembre, de Política Territorial, que crea instrumentos flexibles de planeamiento y establece los objetivos y los criterios para la elaboración del plan territorial general.

There is hereby established the regional legislative framework on town and country planning, which shall aim at the protection and preservation of natural, cultural and environmental resources. Town and country planning shall be based upon the regional environmental plan, territorial coordination plans and general urban plans drawn up at the municipal level. Article 54 provides for the establishment of the Regional Territory Committee.

In case of expropriation for state or public need of the plots of land with the housing facilities situated thereon owned by natural persons they shall be assigned housing facilities of equal value by the state, cooperative or social organization to which alternative plots of public land must be allotted (art. 102).

This Law aims at strengthening the administration of the urban real estate, maintaining the order of real estate market, protecting the legitimate rights and interests of real estate obligees and promoting the development of real estate business.

The present Law implements the Federal Act on acquisition of land by persons abroad of 16 December 1983.. Article 1 establishes that the acquisition of land shall be authorized if this serves as principal residence. La présente ordonnance prévoit qu’à compter du 1er avril 1970, en application de la loi n° 63-441 du 9 janvier 1964 relative au domaine national, tout ressortissant étranger qui n’aurait ni bâti, ni mis en valeur son lot urbain sera déchu de ses droits. Le terrain urbain sera ensuite incorporé dans le domaine de l’Etat.

Esta Ley introduce el marco normativo que regula la estructura y funcionamiento del catastro en el Estado de Baja California Sur, para la identificación, registro y valuación de los bienes inmuebles ubicados en territorio de los Municipios de la Entidad.

La presente Ley establece las normas y procedimientos para la expropiación de los bienes inmuebles en el territorio del Estado de Tlaxcala. La Ley enuncia las causas de utilidad pública que pueden sustentar el procedimiento de expropiación y prevé la correspondiente indemnización.
