La presente Resolución define una línea especial de crédito para financiar las necesidades de capital de trabajo e inversión de los beneficiarios del subsidio para la compra de tierras previsto en los artículos 56 y siguientes de la Ley Nº 1.152 de 2007, otorgado por el Instituto Colombiano de Desarrollo Rural (INCODER).

La presente Ley dicta disposiciones relacionadas con la administración de los bienes incautados en base a un proceso penal por los delitos de narcotráfico y conexos o a una acción de extinción del dominio, y que se llevará a cabo aplicando en forma individual o concurrente los siguientes sistemas: enajenación, contratación, destinación provisional y depósito provisional.

El presente Decreto aprueba el Reglamento de la Ley que establece el procedimiento especial para la adjudicación gratuita de la propiedad colectiva de tierras tradicionalmente ocupadas por los pueblos y comunidades indígenas que no están dentro de las comarcas.

This Regional Law regulates some issues of turnover of agricultural land and shares thereof in common property, and also the issues of classification of agricultural land as high-yielding agricultural land. It establishes minimum consolidated land plots of agricultural land as of 1,9 ha, and for drained agricultural land – 1 ha. It envisages expropriation of agricultural land plot in case of non-purposeful use thereof by the owner for the period of three years.

The present Law defines the legal, organizational and financial principles of regulation of social relations that originate by alienation of land plots and other objects of immovable property located on them in private ownership for the social needs and on the grounds of social necessity.

The Government of the Russian Federation and the administration of the Krasnoyarsk Territory have agreed as follows: 1) Land within the administrative boundaries of the Krasnoyarsk Territory can be classified as federal property, regional property, municipal property and private ownership and other forms of property in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

The President, for the purpose of the improvement of the system of allotment to the citizens of the plots of land, decrees to consider it necessary to carry out inventory of land not used for agricultural purposes in order to determine the possibility of its allotment to the citizens for individual housing, gardening, subsidiary small-holding and other purposes.

This Regional Law establishes the modalities of registration of some categories of citizens eligible for allotment of public and municipal land plots free of charge in ownership, cancellation of such registration, modalities of allotment and reasons for refusal of allotment. Citizens registered of eligible for allotment of of public and municipal land plots free of charge in ownership shall be transferred such plot of land within the boundaries of his municipal unit of permanent residence in order of precedence.

A new definition of “owner” in relation to land or registered right in or over land is given in article 1, so as now to include also the authorised representative of the owner in Namibia. A minor amendment is made to section 14 concerning acquisition of agricultural land by the Minister in the public interest. A minor amendment concern notices to be given under section 78.

The purpose of these Regulation is to strengthen the management of rural collective-owned assets, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of the owners and operators thereof.

This Act amends the Agricultural (Commercial) Land Reform Act, 1995 by substitution for the definition of “alienate” a new definition and in relation to, among other things: regional resettlement committees; alienation of land by corporations; usufruct; other commercial dealings in agricultural land; expropriation.

La presente Resolución modifica el Reglamento General de Registros de Títulos, en aspectos relacionados con la conformación de los órganos de la jurisdicción inmobiliaria.
