It is organised in two main parts that cover (1) the objectives of the study and the methodologies used as well as (2) the results obtained. There are some insights of forest plantation classifications, agroforest parks, forest plantations, forest resources, productivity factors and population needs. A brief conclusion is given.

This reports examines the opportunities for new sources of funding to support the Ministry of Water and Forests in Morocco. The report examines the current flows of funds between the forestry sector, local communities and the ministry and shows how the ministry does not receive sufficient revenue to implement its forestry policies and programmes. It also demonstrates how some of the fiscal policies currently in place do little to support sustainable forest management.
