The Government of Tajikistan issues the present Decree with a view to create the necessary conditions for the development of new organizational forms of farming and to increase of the effectiveness of the agricultural production. It allows the establishment of associations of tenants, cooperatives, dehkan farms, and other organizational forms of farming. Profitable sovhozes shall be transformed on kolhozes.

The present Regulation is enacted under the Manitoba Agricultural Services Corporation Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the proceedings of the appeal tribunal which shall be the review body of the Province for appeals listed in section 2 of the afore-mentioned Regulation.

El presente Decreto establece el procedimiento para la acreditación y pago de las deudas pendientes a favor de los propietarios o expropietarios de tierras y demás bienes agrarios que fueron afectados o expropiados durante el proceso de reforma agraria.

A Decree to provide for ownership, allotment, use, registration of residential land and houses by citizens of Viet Nam and leasehold by foreigners, and in relation to this the assignment of title, the issue of certificates, settlement of disputes and other matters. The State recognises and protects the lawful title to residential houses and lawful right to the use of residential land. All residential houses and land must be registered. The lawful owners are issued the certificate of residential house title and residential land use right.

El presente Decreto reglamenta parcialmente el capítulo XIV de la Ley Nº 160 de 1994 en lo relacionado con la dotación y titulación de tierras a las comunidades indígenas para la constitución, reestructuración, ampliación y saneamiento de los resguardos indígenas en el territorio nacional.

El presente Decreto reglamenta parcialmente la Ley Nº 160 de 1994, en lo relativo a la elaboración del avalúo comercial de predios y mejoras que se adquieran para fines de reforma agraria y la intervención de peritos en los procedimientos administrativos agrarios de competencia del Instituto Colombiano de la Reforma Agraria (INCORA). En los procedimientos administrativos de adquisición de tierras y mejoras rurales que adelante directamente el INCORA, se ordenará la realización de un avalúo comercial de los inmuebles y bienes respectivos por parte de un perito.

These Rules prescribe the procedure to be followed in proceedings before the Registrar appointed under the Land Registration Act, 1925. Part I imports the Overriding Objective contained in Rule 1.1 of the Civil Procedure Rules 1998 and requires the Registrar, with the assistance of the parties, to seek to give effect to that objective throughout the proceedings.Part II deals with all cases where the Registrar has decided to conduct a hearing. Rule 3 requires him to notify the parties of his intention and to provide guidance relating to evidence and procedure.

The present Regulation enacts sections 54 of the Expropriation Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the assessment of costs. The text consists of 5 sections as follows: Definition (1); Application (2); Tariff of costs (3); Scale of costs (4); Expenses and disbursements (5). Two Schedules are enclosed.

This Resolution is composed of 11 articles. The High Committee for Agricultural Dispute-Settlement established by Cabinet Resolution No. 49 of 1990 shall carry out the implementation of this Resolution (art. 1).

The Minister orders to validate the Instructions. Structural bodies of the central office of the Ministry and its territorial agencies must adopt for guidance and application the aforesaid Regulation. The present Instructions regulate the activity of the bodies of the Ministry of Natural Resources as regards the organization and carrying out state control over the use and protection of land.
