La présente loi crée une Cour Spéciale des terres et autres Biens pour une durée de sept (7) ans et détermine sa définition, son organisation, sa composition, son fonctionnement, sa compétence, sa durée ainsi que sa procédure. Cette Cour a pour mission de connaître en dernière instance les recours contre les décisions prises par la Commission Nationale Terres et autres Biens.

La presente Ley modifica el Decreto Legislativo que regula el proceso de pérdida de dominio, que consiste en la extinción de los derechos y/o títulos de bienes de procedencia ilícita a favor del Estado sin contraprestación ni compensación de naturaleza alguna.

The purpose of this Act, divided in 3 Parts and 4 Schedules, is to: (a) give effect to the vesting of the Crown forest land described in the first and second columns of Schedule 1 in the company and the transfer of accumulated rentals in relation to that land to the company in order to enable those assets to be allocated to the CNI Iwi Collective in settlement of their historical CNI forests land claims and to any other CNI claimants in settlement of their historical claims; and (b) record the principles and process by which the allocation of the CNI forests land and accumulated rentals is

The present Act regulates the: a) construction, alteration, demolition, maintenance and use of buildings and facilities with the aim to promote the design and development quality in the communities; b) orderly and soil-saving development of the country. These amendments, being part of a general revision of various acts relating to land, concern the regulation of land claims and in particular negotiation and mediation, duties of institutions in relation with the survey of lands, special land courts, and legal proceedings.

El presente Decreto crea la Comisión de Atención Integral a los Desalojos (CAID), cuya función es constituir la instancia política de coordinación interinstitucional y toma de decisiones que oriente la atención integral de los procesos de desalojo administrativo y los ordenados por despachos judiciales de personas que han ocupado inmuebles de manera precaria.

This Act concerns the fencing of land. "Fence" means a fence separating the adjoining pieces of land of different owners and includes: (a) any gate, grid track, other than a grid on a main road as defined in the Roads Act, or stile and any other means of passage over or through the fence concerned; and (b) any ditch, hedge, railings or wall used as a fence. Part II of this Act prescribes that each magistrates court shall be a fencing court for the province in which it is situated prescribes the procedures of court proceedings.

El presente Real Decreto-Ley es de aplicación a las mediaciones en asuntos civiles o mercantiles, incluidos los conflictos transfronterizos, siempre que no afecten a derechos y obligaciones que no estén a disposición de las partes en virtud de la legislación aplicable. Se entiende por mediación aquel medio de solución de controversias, cualquiera que sea su denominación, en que dos o más partes intentan voluntariamente alcanzar por sí mismas un acuerdo con la intervención de un mediador.

Le présent décret détermine les modalités d’application de la loi n° 1/17 du 4 septembre 2009 portant révision de la loi n° 1/18 du 04 mai 2006 portant missions, composition, organisation et fonctionnement de la Commission Nationale des Terres et Autres Biens.

El presente Decreto Supremo aprueba el Reglamento que norma los alcances y el proceso de inscripción en el Registro Nacional de Profesionales y Técnicos de Demarcación Territorial acreditados ante la Dirección Nacional Técnica de Demarcación Territorial (DNTDT) de la Presidencia del Consejo de Ministros (PCM), que tiene por finalidad organizar y unificar la información de los profesionales y técnicos, capacitados en materia de saneamiento de límites y organización territorial, comprometidos con los objetivos y principios del proceso de Demarcación y Organización Territorial.
