This Law consisting of 65 articles divided in IV Parts and 10 Annexes aims at protecting the environment (land, air and water) from pollution. To achieve the objective the Environmental Affairs Agency (EEAA) is established for the protection and promotion of the environment.

The purpose of these Measures is to strengthen the protection and management of forest lands, rationally develop and utilize forest land resources and promote the development of ecological forestry. The Measures consist of 29 articles.The Measures provide for the procedures and requirements for the use of forest land for construction projects. Total amount control and quota management shall be carried out on forest land to be occupied by construction projects.

The purpose of the Act is to help to protect nature and environment in order for society to develop on a sustainable and to preserve animal and plant life. It applies to all activities in relation to pollution, such as deployment of solid, liquid or gaseous substances; air, water, noise, soil and subsoil pollution; husbandry, pests and other factors causing hygienic problems to the environment.

The present Regulation lays down provisions relating to provincial land use policies. In particular, they are intended to promote sustainable development. They serve as a guide to provincial and local authorities undertaking and reviewing land use plans. The Policies may be refined and adapted at the local level to suit the needs of different areas of Manitoba. A new land use plan, or amendment to an existing plan, shall be reviewed to ensure that it fulfills the objectives of the Policies in a reasonable manner. El presente Acuerdo expide el Anexo 2 del Texto Unificado de Legislación Secundaria del Ministerio del Ambiente referente a la Norma de calidad ambiental del recurso suelo y criterios de remediación para suelos contaminados. This Act aims to regulate the conversion and development of paddy fields and protect wetland areas in order to promote agricultural growth, ensure food security and sustain the ecological system in the State of Kerala.The Act provides for the establishment of a Local Level Monitoring Committee in each Panchayat or Municipality, a State Level Committee and a District Level Authorized Committee in each District to decide on the reclamation of paddy land for public purposes or for construction of residential building for owners of the paddy land.The Act prohibits the conversion or reclamation

This Order establishes the declaration of protected place. It specifies the place in the first column of the Schedule, more particularly described in the plan specified in the second column deposited in the office of the Surveyor-General, is hereby declared to be a protected place for the purposes of the Act. Item 4 in the Schedule to the Order Declaring Protective Places (GN 192/97) is revoked. The Schedules specifies the protected areas: Buildings and areas, Internal Security Department, Temburong Branch (New), Bangar Town, Mukim Bangar, Temburong District.

These Regulations impose duties in respect of safety management systems, preparation of safety reports and emergency preparedness.
