This Order establishes that state registration of the plots of forest land within state forest fund shall be carried out by state executive bodies responsible for keeping state forest register.
This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities for expropriating (redeeming) land to create or enlarge protected areas and for leasing land in protected areas for research, tourism or recreational purposes. Applicants shall submit the technical and financial documentation for the research, tourism or recreational project and a positive expert opinion of the environmental auditor.
This Act provides rules relative to the conveyancing of rights in land such as property, easements, lease and mortgages. It regulates, among other things, the contents of a deed and covenants and power of attorney.
There shall be established the Iraqi Company for Contracts of Land Reclamation under the Council of Ministers. The Company shall execute projects on land reclamation and operate as a contractor in this field. The Company shall have legal personality, financial and administrative independence and full legal competence to carry out its functions inside or outside Iraq (art. 1).

This Regional Law shall be applicable to turnover of agricultural land pertaining to public or municipal property. Privatization of agricultural land pertaining to public and municipal property can be performed 49 years after the date of entry into force of this Regional Law. Distant pastures shall be excluded from privatization.
This Federal Law regulates relations originating from elaboration, conclusion, performance and stopping of concession agreements ensuring protection of rights and legal interests of the participants of concession agreements. Object of concession agreement must be owned by concessor at the moment of conclusion of concession agreement.
The Decree issues the tables containing the average farmland rent values per acre for agricultural land lease, as well as the presumptive rent deriving by the free of charge concession of agricultural land to any third person, for all the regions and prefectures of the state.
The objectives of these Regulations are: to prescribe standard rules for public auctions for the sale of land; to prescribe written information statements that must be made available for public auctions for the sale of land, and to prescribe how that information is to be made available; and to prescribe the obligations of auctioneers at public auctions for the sale of land.
This Act is composed of 20 chapters and it is divided into 148 articles.
